"NOTICE: Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) Memoranda are issued by the California Department of Aging (CDA) in hardcopy and mailed to MSSP sites. The availability of electronic (read-only) Program Memoranda on the web are offered as a convenience. If there is a discrepancy between the electronic version and the paper version, the mailed paper version of the program memo is the controlling document.
