Long-Term Care Ombudsman CRISISline
- This CRISISline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to receive complaints from residents, call 1-800-231-4024.
HICAP Information Line
- Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program serves current Medicare beneficiaries and those planning for future health and long term care needs.
