Long-Term Care Ombudsman CRISISline

  • This CRISISline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to receive complaints from residents, call 1-800-231-4024.

HICAP Information Line

  • Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program serves current Medicare beneficiaries and those planning for future health and long term care needs. HICAP counseling is confidential and free of charge. If you would like to set up an appointment in your local community or have questions, call your local HICAP at 1-800-434-0222.
