Medigap Help - Where to Get Help

Understanding your Medigap options and rights is important. The Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) can help you sort through the options, answer your questions, and resolve problems that may occur with insurance agents or companies. HICAPs provide individual counseling and community education on Medigaps and other health insurance issues. All services are free and confidential.
