Media Plan

The proposed media plan outlines the weeks and various channels that will be utilized to deliver vaccine messaging to the older adult communities.

Chart outlines CDA’s media plan for radio ads, direct mail, tv ads, digital social media ads, and ethnic outreach events.
Radio ads will run in Chico, Fresno, Modesto, Redding, Riverside - San Bernadino, Sacramento, Stockton, Visalia-Tulare-Hanford, Monterey, San Francisco, and San Diego markets during the weeks of 6/28 through 7/26, 8/16, 9/6, 10/4, 11/1, and 11/29.
Direct mail – Postcards/Dual-Folds will hit mailboxes 8/16, 9/13, 10/11, and 11/8. Door hanger events will occur 9/13, 10/11, and 11/8, and 12/6.
Tv ads for 65+ will run in Bakersfield, Chico, Fresno, and Santa Barbara during the weeks of: 9/13 through 9/27, 10/11 through 10/25, 11/8 and 11/15, and 11/29 and 12/6.
Digital social media ads will dun 9/13 through 12/13.
Ethnic outreach will be on going.
