Program Support

The California Department of Aging has partnered with other state programs and stakeholders to provide the following supportive network that may provide additional resources and guidance on digital inclusion opportunities.

CDA Programs

AAA Network CDA administers programs that serve older adults, adults with disabilities, family caregivers, and residents in long-term care facilities throughout the State. These services are provided locally by contracted agencies.

Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) Provides both social and health care management services to assist individuals remain in their own homes and communities.

Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) A Community-based day health program that provides services to older adults and adults with chronic medical, cognitive, or behavioral health conditions and/or disabilities that make them at risk of needing institutional care.

California State Libraries (CSL) Collects, preserves, generates and disseminates a wide array of information.

California Department of Technology (CDT) Statutory authority over information technology.

Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) The DHCS PACE model affords eligible individuals to remain independent and in their homes for as long as possible.
